Comforts of deluxe room with view were fabulous. Everything was really good, but a few employees were poorly trained. The hotel was in an amazing location not far from a promenade of bars and the outskirts of Palma.

My stay was very very good with the service we received during our stay. The staff was exceptionally attentive and very attentive and always helped me. The location turned out to be excellent, close enough to the local beaches as well as the airport and a comfortable beach. A few times I ate at Happy Gathering, located approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.
Didn't like the area, it was really busy.

Stay here and enjoy your Palma de Mallorca trip. The location is amazing and excellent, next to a big unkempt field. The rooms are spacious and bright and the buffet breakfast offered has plenty of dishes. There are a safe, a mini-bar, and central heating - that's always a plus. The services are perfect, including an amazing pool. Its parking is on-site, and the fee equals gbp 17 per day.
